Winter Solstice Boxes- Mountain Path

Launching on 6th October, 8:00pm GMT+ 1

The time has come round again: I will be launching the Winter Solstice Boxes a little earlier this time as I will be making a larger quantity for the shop as they sold out very quickly for the Autumn Equinox.

The concept for the Winter Solstice Box is “Mountain Path”. The reason I chose this concept is that for many people winter can be a long path- physically and metaphorically, but it can lead us somewhere interesting if we let it.

The path can sometimes be difficult, unsteady underfoot and oftentimes barely there. In other instances it can be quite clear where we need to go and how we should get there but we need to fight the wind, rain and darkness in order to do so.

So this box is a little ode to this season, and hopefully it offers a little hope for putting one foot in front of the other and seeing where we end up.

Here are the particulars- this box will include:

- A naturally dyed mini skein set of Natural Sock (6 x 20g mini’s)

- A naturally dyed full skein of Natural Sock (100g)

- A Laura Boyd Ceramics Mug (medium size- approx 7-8 cm in width- perfect for a cup of tea!)

- An A5 art print made me me. Taken on an analogue medium format camera and digitally printed.

- Northern Irish made soap by ABRON-AH
